Don't ask me why I chose this picture as a visual description for the above scripture. I really don't have a clue, except it just hit me as a fit. Kinda goofy, huh? Oh well, blame it on being involved in another one of my Senior moments.
* Let's never give him the benefit of capitalizing his name. My spellcheck says I should but what does a spellcheck know.
Spell check is like so many other wonderful products. It has its weakness. The picture tells of one being troubled by something in the air. They are not just taking the irritation, but they are fighting back.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the fight.

Aunt Karen, Thank you for todays post! It was a day that I needed reminding who is in control! I looked at your blog, got help, looked a Tracie's blog, more encouragement, then I looked at my sisters for the first time in a long time because she so rarely updates, and I know that the Lord was speaking peace to us today! I love you guys! Keep us in your prayers!!
ReplyDeleteMervi,
ReplyDeleteWe can never give place to the enemy.
Susan,
We love you guys too - and you are definitely kept close at heart and in prayers.
I laughed out loud when I saw this picture! It's great! Just to think, it was just a "little thing", that's "fluttering around" that irritates us the most!
ReplyDeleteLinda,
ReplyDeleteJust a "little thing" - that is all he is.
LOL!! I "get" the picture and the verse... I think it was a great pick! Thanks!!
ReplyDeleteLove it! ABSOLUTELY Love it! Puts him in his right perspective.
ReplyDeleteYou know he was a beautiful angel at one time and butterflies are beautiful little creatures and butterflies, like him, can not harm us soooo.....the symbolism, it fits.
Rochelle & Jolene,
ReplyDeleteThat old "butterfly" is such an imitator. We shouldn't fear him because our God is omnipresent and will always cover us in His hand.
Right - all roar!
ReplyDeleteLOL
ReplyDeleteLove all the preach here. :)
This is cute. "just a little thing" is right!
