We've had a little rain here in California the last few days, so when I ran across this sign, I couldn't resist posting it.

    Ha! Sadly, people DO forget that water DOES end up on the road, and drive out of control. I'm convinced that some Californians can only drive in sun, and even then that's hard. Rain, mist, fog, ice, snow, wind, hail, etc. just messes a few drivers' system!
