Outsourcing? Hum Bug!!

I usually don't post twice in one day but found this cartoon and couldn't resist. It's probably because I was on the phone for almost two hours yesterday due to Sirius Radio outsourcing. And would you believe it - the Nice??? (what's the meaning of nice???) man I got was from India too.
