I feel most of our limitations comes from lack of prayer. Prayer opens so many doors! Meal time, 'now I lay me down to sleep', and pre-service prayers too often soothe our conscience. I'm afraid this just isn't enough!
Oh my! I must confess that I have had the experience before of telling someone I would pray for them, forgetting to do so and then seeing them and feeling terrible. I asked God to forgive me, and then I prayed for them. What else can you do?
When I first saw this, I wondered if this is why the American church doesn't see miracles as great as the praying saints in third-world countries where miracles abound.

Tracie & Carol,
When I saw this cartoon, my first thought was how we sometimes let prayer get away from us. I am guilty, and am trying to do better.

Jana,
Your words are very true. The American church may be guilty of neglecting the very thing that would bring great revival and miracles to the USA.
Ouch! I certainly have been guilty of this at one time or another.
Monica,
Unfortunately, this cartoon reveals a truth that hurts.
Oh... I so agree with Sister Hopper. Sad, but true!
