A Garden Divine

We need Him every day
so why not find a quiet place
to meet with Him

I come to the garden alone,
while the dew is still on the roses.
And the Voice I hear,
falling on my ear,
the Son of God discloses.

And He walks with me,
and He talks with me,
and He tells me I am His own.
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
none other has ever known.

I love that old song, so glad He meets with me when I call His name.

almost made me cry!
I am feeling that same way. However, it seems like right now doesn't allow for much of peaceful picture!

We all have need of a quite place. That place where we can say to our Lord those private things, those deep hurts and sadness. That quite place where we can bring them to the surface and He can heal.

Kathy,
I love this old song too.

April & Mervi,
Sometimes we just have to shut everything out, and just be alone with Him.

Hi Karen, That was my dad's favorite hymn. I heard it a lot as a child but never realized it was Mary Magdeline speaking until he told me. "None other" had ever seen the Risen Lord.

Helen,
It is a great old hymn. One you don't hear often anymore.
