Since it is a holiday weekend filled with BBQs, homemade ice cream, and other sumptuous goodies, I know that I must be cautious in what I choose to eat since I'm on a diet (thanks to an inspiring poem posted by Writeathome). Believe me, I am committed to faithfully stay on a well-balanced diet. Here it is just in case you're interested.

HaHaHa! That's funny stuff. Unfortunately that's about the only kind of diet that I can stick to. Who needs a diet anyway? We're gorgeous just how we are! Aren't we? HaHa. Much love!
Everybody needs balance in their life. LOL That's my kind of diet!
My kind of diet, too!.......
Sis. Hopper, not sure if you heard of Bro. Talsness's passing. Just to let you know, funeral Wed. at 11am.
Serah,
I may be gorgeous (LOL) but I still need to diet.
Jana,
I really like your comment re: balancing our lives. How true.
Gayla,
So sorry to hear about Bro T, and appreciate you letting us know. Will try our best to attend.
Ha ha! I love the picture. I veered from my diet a little bit on the 4th, but I did not overindulge. I lost 4 lbs. this week, and I'm excited about the difference in my energy level. Monday I'll be back on the straight and narrow!
Carol,
Good for you, 4 pounds is great. I have only lost 3 pounds in nine days but at my age and metabolism, I can't complain. Keep up the good work!
