No way will this frog ever turn into Prince Charming.
Just take a look at his kisser.
Just take a look at his kisser.
Lesson to be learned? Not everything is as it first seems. Be sure to take a second look before jumping (i.e., hopping, leaping) into something you wished you’d never taken part in.

Sis Hopper-- this can preach to young girls/women! Like the whole "think before you speak" maybe it should be "think before you act" "think before you feel" and "think before you think you know"
Sis. Hopper,
This is good. HaHa. I'm passing this one along to a couple of our young girls. ;) By the way, I put a link to you on my blog. Talk soon!
Sherah
Good advice for any age!
Sis. Hopper;
This is one neat picture; I am going to forward to my grand–daughters.
I think the lesson is, we never know what is under the skin of someone or something else.

Sis Hopper,
You are right. He is not prince charming. words well spoken sis keyes
Carissa,
Your words ring true. I have a daughter that learned first hand that what first was seen, was not the complete package - and it almost destroyed her. Translation: The frog was only skin deep.
Sherah,
Thank you for including me on your blog list. Hope the young girls take heed that what they sometimes consider the best, may turn out to be the worst.
Catherine,
Your words are truth. We need to be cautious. A Prince Charming could be a job, a house, a car, etc.
Mervi,
Yes, some people and some things are only surface. But it takes time and prayer to figure that out. That's the problem today, everyone wants it NOW.
Sis Keyes,
I guess I'm old enough to have seen Prince Charmings turn into Mister Monsters, particularly among our youth. If only they'd taken time in prayer to really see Charming's true character before getting involved.
~Sis. Hopper, wishing you & your family a Happy 4th of July! By the way, love your post!:)
Andrea,
Wishing you and Bro. Whiseant Happy 4th too.
Great post! Sad to say my wife and I have seen this coming with some young people. Today they realize they should have listened before they leaped or hopped!
Kevin,
Unfortunately "Leaping" isn't limited to youth - there are a lot of olders and elders that would and have gave the young people a run for their money.
Ooh! I've never seen a frog with such pearly pinks. Definitely a good reminder to look before we leap!
Carol,
Agreed. He certainly is an ugly thing.
Graet picture and lesson.
Hi Helen,
Thank you.
