Got a Cow For Sale?

On our trip to San Francisco last week, we decided to go Highway 1 to the City. It was a fun trip (as always). However our gas fill-up before leaving really got us in an uproar - $115.03 to fill up with regular in at Costco in San Luis Obispo. That really got us worked up - so all the way, we checked gas prices. The highest was along the coast in Gordo - $6.19 a gallon for regular. My husband went to the pumps to get a picture for me to share on my blog but he was escorted away before he could snap. (From what we understand, this station was featured on CNN for its high gas prices, so I am sure they don't want any more negative publicity).

Well, after a week at doctor appointments and visiting with our daughter, it was a fill up of $107 to head home. We've got to find a way to make our monthly trips to the doctors without breaking the bank - so I think I've found a couple of solutions. Now we've got to buy a cow.

Hi Mike,
So glad you dropped by. Come to think of it, I need to check to see if Cam would like one. It's called a Cowasaki. Please say hi to the family, and next time you guys are at the beach, give us a call. Love you guys.

Karen:
I will try to find and post at my blog next week, the Texs Limo.

So glad that the Doc's reports were good.

Have a wonderful week end:

Kari,
Bro Hopper has been researching the hybrids but there are so many questions with them that it is hard to decide which would be best. Plus the getting used to a small car is going to be a challenge.

Mervi,
Will be looking for the limo. BTW, how did you know that mine and hubby's doctor reports were good? It's been a long time since we got such good ones. God is Good.

How cute!!! I'm crying over $4 per gallon in Texas. I don't even want to think about $6 plus per gallon. I would be searching for the perfect Cowasaki!!!!

Karen, These are so funny, I forgot tour point. LOL We do need humor; life can get too serious. We dare not forget what truly matters.

Ronda,
I'm a looking for one too. lol

Tracie,
In our area gas is $4.55 to $4.65 a gallon for regular. It seems along that stretch of Highway 1, it is extremely high. However, in the Bay area, we saw one station (which always has its gas prices high) with regular at $6.19. Most stations were $4.45 to $4.55.

Rochelle,
Here in California, it would be a blessing to find gas under $4.

Sis Keyes,
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is something I really enjoy doing, and only pray that I can be a blessing somewhere along the way. Love you too.
