Mervi, The characters in the picture are kind'of a two-edged sword. While the goose lashes out - thinking his/her tongue will take care of the matter - that old goat has a set of horns and strong, swift back feet that could be used at anytime. To me, it's just best to "Be KIND" on both sides.
Helen, I totally agree with you. There is no excuse for saying or doing unkind acts to others - no matter what they've done to us. Jesus said to forgive, 70 times 7 for each individual act. Now, that's a whole lot of forgiving without acting ugly.
Catherine, Sometimes we judge the wagging tongue, and forget the weapons we have that would destroy. We do need God's help daily. PS: Wish I'd met you at camp meeting. Did see your picture with Tena on her blog.
Wish I had met you too. I recognized the guitar player so I looked for Mom:) I knew her from pics on her blog. Funny, Sis Tena was surprised at me being short. She was in western boots and me highhhhh heels when our picture was taken. Next meeting? Now you know me:)

Oh NO!!
Sis Hopper my first thought when I saw your picture this morning was. I have been both the goose and the goat.
But which am I or will I be this day?
Great photo!
Mervi
Amen. There is no excuse for the things we (people) do to one another.

Ha! Ha! That's a good way to put it - both have the potential to wound.
I need God's help everyday.
