Hi Karen, Cute sign, but is it true? What happens in a war when both sides pray for victory? We want to categorize people; God wants us to love them.
Your words are true Helen. But I think what the person had in mind here was that we have the ability to sin if we don't pray to seek His Will for our lives. I believe it was used as a warning for us to be faithful in our prayer life.
